Compact Drain Cock Valve for Homeowners (GR001400AJ)
The Campbell Hausfeld 1/4-inch NPT drain cock valve (GR001400AJ) is designed to replace the drain cock valve on all Campbell Hausfeld single-stage air compressors, some Campbell Hausfeld two-stage air compressors, and some other brands of air compressors with 1/4-inch NPT openings. This drain cock valve replaces the Campbell Hausfeld model D-1403 drain valve and has a 1/4-inch NPT connection.
A properly operating drain cock valve helps keep air tanks drained of accumulated moisture, which slows the development of rust and eventually can perforate an air tank, requiring it to be replaced. Refer to your owner's manual to determine if this drain cock valve fits your air compressor.
